This is a growing collection of my favourite sourdough recipes, tips, tricks and starter discard recipes.
If you’re new on the sourdough journey, begin by creating your own starter. Take your time to get that active, then bake a classic loaf, or perhaps bagels or a cinnamon raisin bread.
Any excess starter or discard starter along the way can be used in pancakes, cake or cookies.
Sourdough’s long fermenting time makes it a great choice in laminated doughs like croissants, Danish pastries or puff pastry as it makes the dough easy to work with.
Sourdough is a journey, and I think it is important to understand your dough and what is happening during the process. My troubleshooting guide can help perfect your loaves.
